Dan Roewe knows business after farming for over forty years, row cropped and livestock. Farming has taught him to manage a business and people, problem solve , implement excellent quality service and pricing of goods. Dan’s greatest blessings are his four kids and five grandsons. His priorities are God, family, and serving others.
Nancy’s background is education and fitness. She is a highly qualified teacher, certified first through eighth grade, taught in public, private, and online. She became a personal trainer because of her love of health and fitness. Nancy knows what it takes to persevere and give quality service, by being a contractor, teaching foreign and domestic children online, and teaching a Women on Weights class for the YMCA. Nancy comes from a family of five members who have been in the business of Shade solutions and outstanding solutions since 1993.

After twenty years of Shading Your World, Margie and Dick recognized it was time to allow Gary to have as much fun with the business as they have had.
Born and raised in Washington, MO. Matt was raised by a carpenter, taught to pay attention to detail from a young age. He followed in his father's footprints into carpentry, self-employment, and a man of all trades.
